Work On Monday Can Increase Your Chance Of Heart Attack
Looking for a reason to call in sick on Monday morning?
According to the American Heart Association Monday is the day of the week you’re most likely to experience a heart attack. 20% more people die from heart attacks on Mondays than any other day of the week. Researchers theorize it’s a combination of too much fun over the weekend with the stress of going back to work that causes the increased heart attack rate. By the way- this doesn’t count as a doctors note. 🙂
However, Monday can be one of the most rewarding days while on the Liquid Amino diet. It’s a great day to take your measurements and track your progress.
