Down 5 lbs on day 9 of Phase 1. I can tell when I’ve skipped meals because I don’t lose weight on those days. As long as I eat my 3 meals and 2 snacks and drink my water every day is another pound down. I feel great, my energy level has definitely increased and I’m sleeping more soundly.
