I felt awesome on the diet I was getting more energy and confident everyday. The easiest part of the diet was the simplicity of it. I have a two year old and a 3month old and a husband so the fact that I. Could cook all my meals in under 3 minutes was awesome! Some struggles I had was sweet cravings but I managed them with Wrigley’s dessert gum.
