Weight Loss Review: Kathy Avila lost 5 pounds!!

During the holiday season I kept “falling of the horse” …grabbed “the bull by it’s horns” as on Monday…& decided to stay on protocol, also doing 30 minutes of workout in the am and 20-30 minute dog walking in the pm. 5lbs lighter as of this morning! \o/ it works if you work it!! \o/
