I’ve lost a total of 133#. I started Feb 2013. I now exercise daily and will permanently eat healthy. My system physically and mentally loves the clean eating. My goals for 2014 to lose another 60# and to keep pushing to become more physically fit and challenge myself to do more than I was able to do yesterday. This program saved my life. I recommend it to everyone who asks.
