I was afraid that I will fail but after I saw that I am loosing day by day I wanted to keep going. I lost 40 lbs within 90 days (including 21 maintenance days). It is amazing when people give you compliments but even better is how I feel…I have more energy, can keep up with my child and I am happier.

First couple days I experienced headache and I realized that my body is getting rid of toxins this way. Now I have so more energy than ever…I love to exercise and be active.  Easiest and the funnest part was to learn about how to eat all the time and lose weight. I struggled with unsupportive people…but guess what – they are now asking me how the heck I lost so much weight.  I met so many amazing girls in the same position…and many of them have become my buddies. Not only is the support amazing but I lost 40 pounds, 35 inches and got to completely change my wardrobe!
