I have started 9 days ago and lost 7.9 pounds , I don’t work out and I know exercise will help speed up the weight loss for sure. I am so satisfied with the results so far and am looking forward to c me shedding all the weight I gained after my third baby…… Good luck to everyone on the program and I really encourage everyone who seeks a diet that really works to try it , it is magic….
