Vegetarian Chili (Phase 1)

Vegetarian Chili (P1)

Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 white onion, wedged
- 5 ounces vegan Boca crumbles
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
Instructions
- Dice up all veggies and pour into sauce pan (wait to add tomotoes)
- Pour 1/2 cup- 1 cup broth into pan. Bring to boil
- Heat crumbled in microwave until tender.
- Mix crumbles into pan with seasonings and rest of broth.
- Simmer 8-10 minutes.
