Veal with Grilled Onion (Phase 1)

Ingredients
- Allowed serving of veal
- 1 whole sweet onion, sliced
- dash sea salt
Instructions
- Acquire veal from a chop
- remove all visible fat
- Sandwich meat between onion on George Foreman grill.
- Sprinkle meat and onions with sea salt.
Notes
Do not use ground veal as the fat content is too high.
