Ingredients

  • Allowed serving of veal
  • 1 whole sweet onion, sliced
  • dash sea salt

Instructions

  • Acquire veal from a chop
  • remove all visible fat
  • Sandwich meat between onion on George Foreman grill.
  • Sprinkle meat and onions with sea salt.

Notes

Do not use ground veal as the fat content is too high.
