Turkey Burger (Phase 1)

Turkey Burger

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 2 servings

Serving Size: 1 patty


  • 10 oz ground organic turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Lettuce leaves (for bun)


  • In a large bowl combine the turkey meat, oregano and garlic
  • Mix with your hands until fully combined
  • Form into two patties and set aside
  • Heat grill (or a grill pan) to medium heat
  • Place burgers on the grill cooking 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through
  • Serve on lettuce leaves with condiments
