Ingredients
  • • 2 thin slices whole grain bread.
  • • ½ cup tuna, in water.
  • • 1 leaf lettuce.
  • • ½ small apple, coarsely chopped.
  • • ¼ small onion, finely chopped.
  • • 4 pecan halves, chopped.
  • • 1T pickle relish.
  • • 1t mayonnaise.
Instructions
  1. ) Toast bread.
  2. ) Drain and rinse tuna.
  3. ) Mix tuna, apple, onion, relish, pecan and mayonnaise.
  4. ) Spread tuna mixture and lettuce on toasted bread.
