Tuna Patties (Phase 1)

Approximately 245 calories
- 5 oz tuna in water (drained completely)
- Tbsp yellow onion
- Tbsp celery
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- Melba Toast (make into crumbs)
- Pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, lemon juice
- Mix all ingredients and divide into two.
- Bake with parchment paper on bottom of pan so they won't stick for 30 min or until golden brown. For 1 pattie it should be about 112 calories.
