  • 5 oz tuna in water (drained completely)
  • Tbsp yellow onion
  • Tbsp celery
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • Melba Toast (make into crumbs)
  • Pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, lemon juice


  • Mix all ingredients and divide into two.
  • Bake with parchment paper on bottom of pan so they won't stick for 30 min or until golden brown. For 1 pattie it should be about 112 calories.
