Tara B. has lost 20 pounds in 2.5 months!!

I’ve officially lost 20.2 lbs! It took 2.5 months but seeing 125 on my scale makes everything worth it. Thanks to LAD, I have learned a lot about nutrition and what it takes to fuel a healthy body — not just satisfy hunger in the moment. I’m feeling good about myself this summer and I have LAD to thank! Whether you want to lose 100 lbs or 20, you can do it through this program in a safe and healthy way.
