Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • Allowed serving ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons fresh salsa
  • dash of taco season (low sodium, no MSG, no sugar)
  • 8 oz water
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef
  • add water and taco season
  • Bring to a simmer
  • add the salsa
  • Let heat to desired temperature
  • Put into your favorite bowl I sprinkle lettuce on top
