Beginning of day 3- lost 4.4 #s so far- on a roll and liking the diet much better than HCG. Takes a bit more planning with 5 mini-meals and counting calories, but feel better than I did on the HCG. Going to work out now and try my first day of Active protocol. Will be interested to see how it goes:)
