Stewed Zucchini with Chicken (Phase 1)

Approximately 212 calories per serving.
- cooked chicken, chopped, allowed amount
- 1/2 zucchini, cut into larger chunks
- 1/2 cup canned stewed tomatoes
- dash salt and pepper
- dash garlic powder
- dash oregano
- dash basil
- On med. heat, add about 1/4 cup water to skillet and zucchini.
- Stir so it doesn't stick too much for a few minutes.
- Add tomatoes and spices.
- Cover and simmer until zucchini is tender but not squishy.
- Add cut up chicken and enjoy!
