  • 5oz. chilean sea bass
  • 1/2 cup salsa mild
  • -cut up a few pieces of fennel from bulb and dice.
  • -tips of fennel plant chopped


  • Wash sea bass
  • Place 1/2 cup salsa on bottom of tray.
  • Place fish on top of salsa
  • Add a bit of salsa to the top of the sea bass.
  • Add the chopped fennel to the top and sides of fish.
  • Add some diced fennel(bulb) to sides and top.
  • Cook until bass is done. 350* around 20 min.
