Steph’s Sea Bass (Phase 1)

- 5oz. chilean sea bass
- 1/2 cup salsa mild
- -cut up a few pieces of fennel from bulb and dice.
- -tips of fennel plant chopped
- Wash sea bass
- Place 1/2 cup salsa on bottom of tray.
- Place fish on top of salsa
- Add a bit of salsa to the top of the sea bass.
- Add the chopped fennel to the top and sides of fish.
- Add some diced fennel(bulb) to sides and top.
- Cook until bass is done. 350* around 20 min.
