Stephanie lost 7 lbs!

Well one week and I lost 7.5 lbs….I am able to have candy, carbs and other foods not so good to loss weight in the house and I dont crave them!! I did cheat one day with a few stevia sweetened vodka mixed drinks and it didn’t seem to have much of an effect (not that I’m recomending cheating but I know that alcohol can be a tough thing to give up in a social situation) so if you do get right back at it the next day!
