Steak Kabobs (P1)

  • Allowed portion top sirloin steak
  • 1 cup sliced fennel bulbs
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ounce red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup zucchini
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Mustard Dressing (see dressing section)


  • Cut steak into bitesize chunck the night before and marinate in Sweet Mustard dressing.
  • Slice vegies to use on kabobs.
  • Alternate veggies & steak on two wooden skewers
  • cook on barbecue til steak is done. Yummy!
