Steak Kabobs (Phase 1)

- Allowed portion top sirloin steak
- 1 cup sliced fennel bulbs
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 ounce red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup zucchini
- 1/3 cup Sweet Mustard Dressing (see dressing section)
- Cut steak into bitesize chunck the night before and marinate in Sweet Mustard dressing.
- Slice vegies to use on kabobs.
- Alternate veggies & steak on two wooden skewers
- cook on barbecue til steak is done. Yummy!
