Spinach Tomato Salad (P1)

  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • lemon juice - to taste
  • salt and pepper - to taste


  • Combine spinach, tomato and avocado
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • Mix together with a fork or spoon
  • Enjoy!


Avocados can be used as a caution food in phase 1 and count as your healthy fat serving for the day. This is fantastic in phase 2 or 3 as part of a complete meal.
