Spinach Tomato Salad (Phase 1)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 small tomato diced
- 1/2 avocado diced
- lemon juice - to taste
- salt and pepper - to taste
Instructions
- Combine spinach, tomato and avocado
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Mix together with a fork or spoon
- Enjoy!
Notes
Avocados can be used as a caution food in phase 1 and count as your healthy fat serving for the day. This is fantastic in phase 2 or 3 as part of a complete meal.
