Spicy Veggies and Beans

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 1 serving


  • 1/2 cup prepared black beans
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 zucchini diced
  • 1/2 cup okra diced
  • Franks Hot Sauce to taste


  • In a large skillet, combine black beans, tomato, zucchini, and okra.
  • Cook 5 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through,
  • stir in hot sauce salt to taste
  • Enjoy


If you omit the okra, you could use this in phase 1 as a fabulous meal option.
