Spicy Veggies and Beans (Phase 2 or Diabetes)

- 1/2 cup prepared black beans
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 zucchini diced
- 1/2 cup okra diced
- Franks Hot Sauce to taste
- In a large skillet, combine black beans, tomato, zucchini, and okra.
- Cook 5 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through,
- stir in hot sauce salt to taste
If you omit the okra, you could use this in phase 1 as a fabulous meal option.
