Spicy Mustard Sauce (P1)

  • 1 tablespoon dry hot chinese mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or liquid braggs
  • dash Stevia
  • 1 tablespoon water


  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  • This makes a spicy dip for meats including chicken and beef!
  • The sauce is potent, so all you need is about 1 teaspoon.
