Spicy Mustard Sauce (Phase 1)

Approximately 16 calories per serving.
- 1 tablespoon dry hot chinese mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or liquid braggs
- dash Stevia
- 1 tablespoon water
- Combine all ingredients.
- Let sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- This makes a spicy dip for meats including chicken and beef!
- The sauce is potent, so all you need is about 1 teaspoon.
