Slow Cooker Beef Tip Stew (Diabetes)

Ingredients

  • • 1 pound beef tips or top round roast, cut into bite size pieces.
  • • 4 cups beef broth.
  • • 1T Worcestershire Sauce.
  • • 2c barley.
  • • 2c fresh or frozen snow peas.
  • • 2c fresh or frozen cauliflower.
  • • 24 baby carrots.
  • • 2 celery stalks, chopped.
  • • 1 onion, chopped.
  • • 2 garlic cloves, chopped.
  • • 2T Montreal Steak Seasoning

Instructions

  • ) Place all ingredients except carrots, cauliflower, barley and peas in slow cooker, set on low for 8-10 hours. Stir.
  • ) During the last 2-4 hours of cooking, add remaining ingredients
