Sher lost 10 lbs!†

Day 7, down 10, yes 10 pounds….WOW…I am thrilled! Did HCG which did NOT work for me, but these drops DO work. I own a bar and grill, so if you don’t think this is hard, it IS…however these drops kept me in check..broiled chicken and fish, and just salads at work..my cooks laugh, but not so much today when I told them how much I lost…I WILL get to my goal..THANK YOU amino diet!
