Scallops and Asparagus (P1)

  • • 5 oz Scallops
  • • Asparagus- allowed amount
  • •1/4 onion
  • •1 clove garlic
  • •1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • •3 tablespoons tomato sauce


  • Melt the Oil
  • Add the scalops, onion, garlic and at the end the asparagus
  • Leave for 5 min and add the tomato sauce. So Yummy


Consider Scallops a Caution Item during Phase 1 and cut them back out if you notice a slow in your weight loss.
