Samantha C. lost 65 pounds!

I started this diet so I would have more energy to keep up with my 3 kids. Being a single mom I’ve got to have energy. I started at 198 lbs March of 2011. A year later I’m at 127lbs. My best advise is to stay focused on your goal. make a goal weight and stick to the diet, it works and you will make it.
