Roasted Radishes (Phase 1)

When cooked like this the radishes take on a sweet flavor and have a potato texture to them.
- 2 cups of red radishes cut into quarters
- Low Sodium Soy sauce to taste
- Salt and Pepper
- Heat Oven to 425
- Place cut radishes in a baking dish
- Sprinkle with low sodium soy sauce, salt and pepper
- Bake 30 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork, tossing a least once about 15-20 minutes in.
