Roasted Radishes (P1)

When cooked like this the radishes take on a sweet flavor and have a potato texture to them.


  • 2 cups of red radishes cut into quarters
  • Low Sodium Soy sauce to taste
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Heat Oven to 425
  • Place cut radishes in a baking dish
  • Sprinkle with low sodium soy sauce, salt and pepper
  • Bake 30 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork, tossing a least once about 15-20 minutes in.
