  • 2 cups Fresh green beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Rosemary, fresh and chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Cut stems of green beans and rinse well.
  • Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
  • Place on baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes or until brown
  • Check often and stir to brown all sides
