Ingredients

  • •1 fennel bulb, sliced
  • • balsamic vinegar*
  • • low sodium vegetable broth

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Toss fennel slices with broth and balsamic vinegar.
  • Roast in oven for 40 minutes, tossing occasionally to get all sides evenly roasted.

Notes
