- •1 fennel bulb, sliced
- • balsamic vinegar*
- • low sodium vegetable broth
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Toss fennel slices with broth and balsamic vinegar.
- Roast in oven for 40 minutes, tossing occasionally to get all sides evenly roasted.
