Maintained Weight Loss Results

Between November and March I lost almost 50 lbs., including muscle gain from working out ๐Ÿ™‚ I went from 200 to 150, but I purposely maintain a weight of around 155. I decided to not get any smaller because I don’t want to lose my ‘full figure’. At this point I went from size 18 to size 8!! And I fit into junior size clothes. It felt rewarding the day I sold all my size 18’s to someone in need.

Weight Loss Program Information

Throughout the weekdays I keep my meals pretty much the same as Phase 2 but I have added some things back in like butter, corn, mashed potatoes (only once a week), even breakfast cereal some times, and on the weekends I do go off a little bit and have ice cream or eat out for pizza or some other ‘junk’ type food. Whatever I am doing is working because I have maintained my weight just fine.

It seems as long as I stick with mainly Amino style food throughout the weekdays I can enjoy other things on the weekends without a problem. As a result of the diet I am still stuck in the habit of no sugar in my coffee LOL. I hope others on this diet plan stay patient and persistent and achieve their goals as I did mine. ๐Ÿ™‚ I send a big thank you to the LAD Facebook page for all the advice and feedback and for everyone’s mutual support in all of our journeys.
