I felt great on the program, all of the whole foods keep me full so I don’t ever feel like I am starving and I just feel like I have more energy. The easiest part is figuring out what to eat. You have so many healthy choices spelled out for you in the book and meal planning is easy once you figure out what foods work best for you. My biggest struggle has been eating enough calories to fuel my workouts. I do some pretty intense training and for a couple weeks I got “stuck” because I apparently wasn’t eating enough. I took a step back and took an intensity break and the weight starting coming off again.
I’ve lost 20 lbs, 3 inches off my waist and hips (each), an inch and a half off each thigh, an inch off my calves and an inch off my biceps. The best part is putting on old clothes from the back of my closet and having them be too big.
I stopped taking my migraine medicine and although they are not completely gone they have decreased from several times per month to once a month. My blood pressure which has always been good is even lower now, consistently around 95-100 over 60-65. I went to the doctor for my migraines and the nurse said, “Wow, you are doing really great! Good job on losing weight. You are back to the normal category for your BMI” I have received many compliments and I always tell them about Liquid Amino Diet!
