Ingredients

  • Radishes, sliced - allowed amount
  • Juice from a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1-2 teaspoon low sodium/ no msg soy sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In bowl, combine all ingredients and refrigerate 30 mins to 1 hr before serving.
