Radish Salad ( Phase 1)

Approximately 50 calories per serving.
- Radishes, sliced - allowed amount
- Juice from a lemon
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1-2 teaspoon low sodium/ no msg soy sauce
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- In bowl, combine all ingredients and refrigerate 30 mins to 1 hr before serving.
