Radish Chips (P1)


  • Fresh radishes - allowed amount, sliced thin
  • Dash sea salt


  • Microwave sliced radishes for 2 minutes just until they get soft.
  • Place radishes on dehydrator trays or on cookie racks in oven.
  • Leave in dehydrator for 2-4 hours or until crisp. For oven, place on low heat and leave overnight or until crisp. Season with sea salt to taste. Eat immediately.
