Protein Ranch Dressing (P1)

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3-4 teaspoons of the Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix recipe on this site (see below recipe)
  • ¼ cup water (in phase 2 you can substitute milk for water, but it increases the calories of the dressing)


  • Put all ingredients in the blender
  • Blend until smooth
