Protein Puffs (P1)

  • 8 egg whites or 1 cup of carton egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (more to taste)
  • Stevia to taste start out with 5-10 drops of liquid stevia and add more if needed


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Put egg whites in a mixing bowl
  • Mix with a hand mixer on high until the eggs become puffy and hold a stiff peak (about 8 minutes)
  • Fold in cinnamon and stevia (don’t forget to taste for flavor)
  • Take spoonfuls of your mixture and make little mountains of it on a baking sheet
  • Bake 13 minutes or until nice and golden on top
  • Remove, cool and enjoy!
