Protein Powder Pudding (Phase 1)


  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 scooop protein powder (chocolate is great with this)
  • Stevia to taste


  • Puree cottage cheese in a blender - add water if necessary to help consistency
  • Add Powder and stevia to taste
  • Blend again
  • You can serve immediately or freeze for an "ice cream" treat
