Protein Pancakes (Phase 2)

- 2 egg whites
- 1 scoop of vanilla protien powder (sugar free)
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbl flaxseed
- handful of fresh or frozen blueberries thawed
- mix all the above except blueberries
- spray a pan with butter spray over med. to low heat
- pour batter our and sprinkle with blueberries.
- Cook about 2 to 3 minutes on each side
- sprinkle a stevia packet over it and enjoy!!!
