Protein Pancakes (P2)

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes


  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protien powder (sugar free)
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbl flaxseed
  • handful of fresh or frozen blueberries thawed


  • mix all the above except blueberries
  • spray a pan with butter spray over med. to low heat
  • pour batter our and sprinkle with blueberries.
  • Cook about 2 to 3 minutes on each side
  • sprinkle a stevia packet over it and enjoy!!!
