Protein Pancakes for Phase 1 (P1)


  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 scoop of protein powder
  • cinnamon to taste
  • stevia to taste
  • approved fruit of choice fruit


  • Blend ingredients together
  • Poor on a hot non-stick skillet to size
  • Cook until bubbling and flip over to cook the other side


This is great as part of a meal if you want to make a wrap with some vegetables and protein ranch dressing or you can add the fruit to make a yummy breakfast or dessert. Enjoy!
