Protein Pancakes (Phase 1)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/2 scoop of protein powder
- cinnamon to taste
- stevia to taste
- approved fruit of choice fruit
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together
- Poor on a hot non-stick skillet to size
- Cook until bubbling and flip over to cook the other side
Notes
This is great as part of a meal if you want to make a wrap with some vegetables and protein ranch dressing or you can add the fruit to make a yummy breakfast or dessert. Enjoy!
