Protein Iced Coffee (P2)


  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled slightly so it's not steaming hot
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • about 6 ice cubes
  • optional - 1 packet stevia


  • Brew and cool coffee
  • Place all ingredients in the blender
  • Blend, pour and enjoy!


This recipe can easily be adapted for phase 1 by using extra coffee or water in place of the milk. Chocolate protein powder makes a nice mocha flavor, cookies and cream is also a popular choice for coffee protein shakes.
