Protein Iced Coffee (Phase 2)

- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled slightly so it's not steaming hot
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- about 6 ice cubes
- optional - 1 packet stevia
- Brew and cool coffee
- Place all ingredients in the blender
- Blend, pour and enjoy!
This recipe can easily be adapted for phase 1 by using extra coffee or water in place of the milk. Chocolate protein powder makes a nice mocha flavor, cookies and cream is also a popular choice for coffee protein shakes.
