Pina Colada Yogurt (P2)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3 drops coconut extract
  • 3 drops almond extract
  • 3 drops vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Measure all the ingredients into a bowl
  • mix and incorporate well
  • enjoy!

Notes

The extracts are all available in the baking aisle of the supermarket. For added protein, substitute Greek yogurt and adjust calorie count
