Pie Crust (Phase 2)

Pie Crust (P2)

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup vanilla flavored whey protein
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • melt oil
  • add sweetener.
  • Mix together until smooth
  • add vanilla, egg, and sea salt and mix
  • Add stevia, baking powder, whey protein and almond flour incorporate well.
  • Scrape into an 8 by 8 metal pan and spread out over the bottom.
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • remove to cool
