Peggy B. is down 4+ dress sizes with LAD!

This program is a God send — I am learning it’s all about eating clean and healthy. The Amino Drops are an aid to get you there. It is a life changer for me and whether it’s a program you like or not, weight struggles and food addictions are real and who are you to put a negative into what is supposed to be a supportive network? I’m so grateful for the Amino Diet and everyone who makes positive comments and questions for help. To answer the question: I survived Halloween. I’m on phase 2 and anxiously await the end of this phase to get back on Phase 1 for a month or two more — I’m almost there! I started on July 17….. I didn’t have a scale at the time but I’ve gone down 4+ sizes and feel fabulous. I’ve made lifestyle changes that I thought I never could — haven’t had soda since I started; drink my coffee black now with Truvia — no more flavored creamers, sugar free or otherwise. I read labels and cook a lot more vs convenience foods — haven’t had fast food in all this time — and when we recently went on a vacation to Disneyland, I carried almonds and little carrot snack packs and sliced apples in my purse — saved a lot of money on junk food no doubt! I’m 55 — I’ve battled weight all my life, I’ve done every program known to man and this is by far the best. I take daily vitamins and nutritionals now as well, always having one meal as a protein shake to use to take my vitamins. And I just was able to complete a 5 mile walk with a Walk Away the Pounds dvd! Thank you everyone who shares their successes and their slip ups — I’m in a remote area and it’s better than going to a meeting of people! God Bless you all!
