  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon flavored extract make sure it doesnt have any added starches or sugars
  • pinch salt
  • 1-2 teaspoon Stevia
  • 2 dashes cinnamon


  • Put all ingredients in a nonstick pan and reduce it down (it only takes a few minutes).
