Orange chicken salad (Phase 1)

Really easy! (having cooked chicken breasts on hand in the fridge really saves time). 224 Calories per serving.
- 5 ounces cooked chicken breast (cubed)
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 orange
- Salt/pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Wash lettuce.
- Measure and shred lettuce.
- Peel and cut your orange into tiny bite size pieces.
- Add you chicken, s/p & ACV.
