Orange chicken salad (P1)

Really easy! (having cooked chicken breasts on hand in the fridge really saves time). 224 Calories per serving.

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces cooked chicken breast (cubed)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 orange
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Wash lettuce.
  • Measure and shred lettuce.
  • Peel and cut your orange into tiny bite size pieces.
  • Add you chicken, s/p & ACV.
  • Enjoy!
