No-Bake Cookies (Phase 2)

  • 1 cup peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 cups stevia
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups rolled oats


  • Melt peanut butter and coconut oil in a med. saucepan on low heat and stir until smooth.
  • Add cocoa powder and stevia gradually to avoid clumping, stir until smooth.
  • Mix in oats.
  • Drop spoonfulls onto a cookie sheet or form balls with your hand when mixture is cool.
  • Let stand 15 mins and enjoy!
