No-Bake Cookies (Phase2)

- 1 cup peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 2 cups stevia
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups rolled oats
- Melt peanut butter and coconut oil in a med. saucepan on low heat and stir until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder and stevia gradually to avoid clumping, stir until smooth.
- Mix in oats.
- Drop spoonfulls onto a cookie sheet or form balls with your hand when mixture is cool.
- Let stand 15 mins and enjoy!
