Starting P1D5. I am down 6.4 from what I weighed the day before I started. Very Happy. I try to get 20 min of light walking in a day. My thermostat is 2 degrees less than I normally set it. I drink COLD water with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per large glass. I drink close to a gallon of water a day (about 20 ozs or more than I need.) I stand about 4 hrs a day in 10 to 15 min increments. (Standing burns more calories than sitting. Lower temp makes the body burn more calories to warm it up. Cold water makes the body burn more calories to raise it to body temp.) I am all about lazy effeiciency. 🙂
