Mediterranean Cucumber Salad (Phase 1)

- 1 large cucumbers
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1 small tomato
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- Slice cucumbers and red onion, and dice the tomato.
- Add ingredients into a large salad bowl and dress with a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
- Mix until evenly distributed and serve!
Fresh garlic and chopped mint can add a whole new flavor to this salad.
