Mediterranean Cucumber Salad (P1)

  • 1 large cucumbers
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Slice cucumbers and red onion, and dice the tomato.
  • Add ingredients into a large salad bowl and dress with a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
  • Mix until evenly distributed and serve!


Fresh garlic and chopped mint can add a whole new flavor to this salad.
