Mediterranean Chicken (P1)

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Fresh Lemon
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 whole Tomato-diced
  • pinch Mrs Dash-chicken grilling
  • 1 small Garlic clove

Instructions

  • Place chicken in saute pan.
  • Add lemon and garlic clove, coat in Ms Dash.
  • Brown chicken on both sides over medium heat.
  • Add sliced onion.
  • Saute 2- 4 minutes.
  • Add diced tomato.
  • Cook until chicken done.
