I am super excited. I started on Monday, first day wasn’t easy but after that it has just got better and better. I have never been able to stay on a diet for long because without rice and pasta I tend to get depressed and have no energy. On this diet I have lots of energy and I am feeling the best I have in a long time. The amazing thing is watching the pounds melt off and not feel hungry. I have lost 6 pounds so far and am loving it!!
