Liquid Amino Diet review: Deanna T. lost 6 pounds!

Started Monday and by Friday lost 6 pounds. Wasn’t hungry all week. Very pleased thus far. No headaches, side effects, been drinking the water, getting the recommended rest and faithfully tracking my food. I’ve made a few minor changes, but lost every single day. I’ve also been doing light exercises this first week between 15 to 30 mins. when I get out of bed. Nothing too strenuous: yoga, stretching and calisthenics.
