You know the “For Dummies” books that you can find for every topic from changing a tire, to investing in the stock market? Well now we have put together some Liquid Amino Diet for Dummies tips that can help simplify the program and help you reach your weight loss goals.

Tip One: Choose whole clean foods from our low glycemic menu

The Liquid Amino Diet protocol is based on a moderate calorie, low glycemic menu of clean, whole foods. You will eat lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, some healthy fats and even some beans. It is critical while on the LAD to not starve your body of the nutrients it needs. If you do, your body will take the nutrients from

 other places in your body like your muscles. So, it is very important to consume the right amount of calories your body will need daily. Each day you will chose 5 proteins, 4 vegetables, 2 fruits and 1 healthy fat from the approved foods list to make you total of 1,000 calories each day. Not only should your focus be on consuming the whole clean foods, but putting together the right amount of calories for the day. The foods you will eat on the LAD will give your body the nutrients it needs while still allowing it to burn fat.

Tip Two: LAD Homeopathic Diet Drops

If you want to lose weight, and diet successfully, eliminate stress and learn how to decompress. That might mean reading a book, watching television, doing something you enjoy, or just napping.

Tip six: Log results

If you want to be a successful dieter, you have to have something that helps you see your progress, and know you are getting results. So, pay attention to your loss, log your results, take measurements and photos so that you stay motivated to stick to it and become a thinner, healthier you!
